Daytime
• 5-10 minutes of morning sunlight (7-10am) on your skin and in your eyes even if it is cloudy
• Stay hydrated throughout the day
• Chew your food until it is liquid (50 chews each bite)
• No caffeine after 2pm
• Short walk after meals
• Bare feet on the grass for grounding
• Be in or look at nature throughout the day
• Take breathing breaks
• Keep your mobile phone away from your body
• Laugh!
Nighttime
• Wear blue light blocking glasses from 19h onwards
• Screens off one hour before bed
• Use minimal lighting, yellow or orange bulbs best
• Reishi or lions mane mushroom tea
• WIFI off at night
• Phone off or at a minimum in airplane mode and 4m from body
• 1 Tsp. of Coconut oil before bed to manage nighttime cortisol
• Grateful log and ‘To Do’ list to clear your mind
• Magnesium to help you relax (oral or salt bath or both)
• Wear an eye mask for sleeping
• Wear earplugs for sleeping
• Bedroom dark like a cave
