FIRST, WE TALK

- If you feel like you have tried everything and nothing seems to work, this package is for you. We’ll need to spend a bit more time together digging deeper into your health concerns or helping you lose that extra weight.
- We discuss your situation, motivation and expectations during your free 20-minute call.
- Once you’re ready to get started, I’ll send you intake forms. This includes a health questionnaire, a new client assessment and I’ll ask you to provide 5 days of food logs so that I can clearly see what our starting point is.
- We have your 90-minute virtual intake session. During this time we:
- Discuss your health history
- Review your intake forms
- Determine your goals, identify your obstacles, and look at how to overcome them
- Discuss and establish initial action points

After our intake session, I provide you with all the documents and tools you’ll need on your transformation journey.

Equipped with all the information and planning that you need, you’ll be ready to start making changes. Everything is highly personalised so that your goals are attainable and can fit into your day-to-day.
And you’re not on your own! I provide you with:
- 5 additional 30-minute one-to-one coaching sessions. We’ll check your weight and food logs, set new goals for the following week, and troubleshoot any obstacles you’re experiencing to make sure you’re on the right track to hit your goal.
