First, we talk
- We discuss your situation, motivation and expectations during your free 30-minute call.
- Once you’re ready to get started, I’ll send you an intake form. This includes a health questionnaire and 5 days of food logs so that I can clearly see what our starting point is.
- We have your 90-minute intake session. This is preferably a face-to-face meeting, but can be done online if needed.
During this time we:
- Discuss your health history
- Review your intake forms
- Determine your goals, identify your obstacles, and look at how to overcome them
- Take all your measurements
- Discuss and establish initial action points

After our intake session, I provide you with all the documents and tools you’ll need on your transformation journey.
- A follow-up report summarizing all your initial measurements, and your new nutritional and lifestyle guidelines.
- A personalized food plan, with shopping lists and easy-to-make recipes
- Relevant information about nutrition, lifestyle and exercise
Your journey begins
Equipped with all the information and planning that you need, you’ll be ready to start making changes. Everything is highly personalized so that your goals are attainable and can fit into your day-to-day.
And you’re not on your own! I provide you with:
- 6 additional 50-minute one-to-one coaching sessions. We’ll check your weight and measurements together, and make sure you’re on the right track to hit your goal.
